Licensed in both allopathic and osteopathic family medicine, Dr. Veen can provide primary care rooted in osteopathic principles alongside specialized manipulative treatments. We are here to make your first visit smooth, comfortable, and stress-free.

If you have either of the above, please feel free to contact us. We will offer a visit in March 2026 and if credentialing is completed sooner we will try to offer a sooner visit.

How to Schedule
Scheduling with Dr. Veen is simple:
Call our office directly to book your appointment. If you submitted an online form prior to our clinic opening, you will be contacted in the order received or you may now choose to call us directly.
Depending on availability, you may be scheduled directly from your call. If your call is sent to voicemail, please leave a message for our staff and you will be contacted in 2-5 business days. Of note, please seek out an urgent care facility if you are experiencing an emergent medical concern.

To help us provide the best care at your first appointment, please bring:
A valid photo ID
Your current health insurance card
Updated current medications and supplements
Medical records, recent labs, or imaging - a medical release form will be signed at the visit
Hearing aids, trusted medical historian, or assistive devices (if applicable)
💡 Tip: Write down a list of topics and questions you have for Dr. Veen. At your initial visit labs and tests may be ordered. Your list will be used to collaborate on follow up care after establishing care.

Yes! We are accepting new patients in San Luis Obispo. We welcome individuals and families 18 years and older looking for a family doctor.

We offer preventive care, women’s health, chronic disease management, acute care, and osteopathic manipulative treatment for various concerns ranging from musculoskeletal issues to headaches. Please see the Services tab for more information on what we offer.

For established patients, you may call us to inquire on provider availability for your medical concern. We will try to see you same day and if not, then typically in the same week. Please seek out an urgent care facility or ER if you are experiencing an emergent medical concern.

Dr. Veen has additional training in osteopathic medicine both in medical school and specialized training in residency on the Central Coast. This includes hands-on assessment, diagnosis and treatment. Her approach emphasizes whole-person care, aligning with both traditional medicine and holistic healing.
